This Privacy Policy applies to the Pryzo mobile application (the "Application"), operated by Neeraj (the "Service Provider"). This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and what rights you have regarding your data. By downloading, accessing, or using Pryzo, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
PRYZONS000001)Pryzo allows you to convert earned coins into real currency (INR) and withdraw via UPI. We collect and store your UPI ID and your withdrawal request history (amount, date, status). We do not collect, store, or have access to your bank account number, UPI PIN, card numbers, or any other sensitive payment credentials. Actual fund transfer is handled by a regulated third-party payment processor, not stored on our servers.
The Application and its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, measure performance, and serve relevant ads. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically shared with these services to help improve the Application. We do not sell your personal information.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact pryzoapp@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell personal information.
Data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA, where our service providers operate global infrastructure. Appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) are used where legally required.

We use Firebase Security Rules, server-side Cloud Functions for sensitive operations, and Firebase App Check to protect your data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Pryzo is not intended for users under 16 years of age, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, given the Application's real-money withdrawal functionality. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
You may stop data collection by uninstalling the Application. This does not delete previously transmitted data — contact us to request deletion.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature. You may withdraw consent at any time.
